Actually written as "June" in cursive with my mind, this song was standalone when I first wrote it as something I myself didn't believe I could write. It's so different from anything I've ever written and that's why I'm completely and utterly in love with it.

I hope you love this track as much as I love listening to it.

I told myself that in June and January when I wrote their songs that I would -not- let my songs sound anything like The Decemberists "June Hymn", and I think I accomplished that.

I wrote this song in a car with my best friend Arielle. She was writing a story and I was writing this song in the parking lot of a Shop Rite. She's the one that believed in me the most that I could do this kind of song and I thank her for it!
